Facility Information
- Pool Type: Indoor heated pool
- Attendees: Non-Members are welcome
- Changing Facilities: Locker rooms available
- Viewing Area: Ample space on deck to view classes. Please do not hover over classes or coach your child unless the instructor has asked for your assistance.
- Photos/Videos: DCC does not allow pictures or video of any kind (including video phone calls – Facetime calls) while on the pool deck.
- What to Bring to Lessons: Family-friendly swimsuit or swim trunks, towel, goggles, and swim cap if the swimmer has long hair.
- Showering: There are showers on the pool deck for swimmers to rinse off before and after lessons.
- Food/Drink: No food is allowed on the pool deck. Water only is permitted and must be in a plastic bottle or thermos. Glass or open containers are not permitted.
- Swim Diapers: All children who are not fully potty trained must wear two swim diapers: a disposable swim diaper underneath and a reusable swim diaper over top. Staff will check swim diapers before swimmers enter the pool. This applies to children under 3 as well as any older child who is not completely potty trained.

Please note that instructors are subject to change. Things do happen where an instructor gets sick, is unavailable, or even leaves the program. We reserve the right to make changes either temporarily or permanently.

Make-up Policy
- Makeups are based on availability.
- There will be no refunds for missed swimming classes.
- Swimming classes that we cancel will be rescheduled during makeup week (following the end of the session).
- We do not provide refunds. If you cannot attend the lesson, at best we will credit your account for the unused portion of your tuition provided you let us know well in advance. If you simply stop attending and expect a refund or a credit, you are holding a spot from another student and we will neither refund you nor credit you after the fact.
Bad Weather Procedure
In the case of bad weather, including thunderstorms, you should call our office at 248-266-9093. They will have info on any schedule delays or cancellations.
